Summary

Dr. Oladejo is a senior lecturer in the Department of Agricultural and Food Engineering, specializing in Food Engineering. He has over 12 years of teaching and supervising experience for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. He has published many journal articles and a book chapter most of which are Scopus indexed. His areas of research interest include and not limited to non-thermal processing of foods (ultrasound), drying, frying and non-invasive measuring techniques (x-ray microtomography, low field nuclear magnetic resonance/magnetic resonance imaging). Dr. Oladejo is a recipient of two international grants and co-investigator of a national grant award. He is also a recipient of several scholarship and fellowship awards including TETFund, Jiangsu University Presidential Scholarship (China) and Georg Forster Experienced Researcher Fellowship of Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, Germany. Dr. Oladejo is available for both local and international research collaborations.
